      Pros

      As the subtitling editor, I learned a lot from my manager in order to do a good editing. We ran on a tight schedule, makes you more responsive, flexible, and former employee from this company (in Indonesia) must be resilient, according to our tight work hours.

      Cons

      In Indonesia, this is a growing company with no HR department. Everything is decided by a person, higher than our branch manager, with slight increment of salary, no career development, 10-12 work hours, dynamically inconsistent work schedule; many editors are stressed because of their tight “surprising” schedule.

      As an editor in dubbing team, we always on the move, able to know more about dubbing process, interact with voice talents, sound engineers.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits offered (8 days leave, RM 50 per month medical, RM 100 parking payment per month), no job description provided, no HR, weak management, no room for career advancement.
