      None whatsoever, there is nothing good about this company except you might make a few friends that are just as miserable as you are

      Poor management, no job progression, horrible pay, forced long hours, run like an assembly line.

      Leadership in Need of Revision

      Pros

      There were supportive individuals among the on-site staff and production team. The ability to work remotely was great. Iyuno had/has the resources to deliver good services in the dubbing industry.

      Cons

      There were too many loose/undefined responsibilities which lead to multiple over-encumbered workers. Tone-deaf and out of touch upper management that relied on long hours and employee burnout from teams and individuals they have no facetime or interaction with to deliver quality. Employee work culture was non-existent. Ability for growth or position change was non-existent. No raise spanning multiple years and multiple employees. Negative town halls that did little more than celebrate C-suite wins. Serious lack of both leadership and proper compensation for employees.
