huge workload but no compensation, employees are exploited to harsh and inhumane working conditions, toxic environment, forces employees to answer emails/calls/chats and work on weekends, overtime pay and leaves are always questioned as if you don't deserve and no right to have them, doesn't give salary increase and the 'promised' bonus never came, incompetent upper manager at the local office, power tripping of upper management, blame game for redeliveries and negative client feedback, management thinks of their staff as disposable machines, insists large profit margin for projects so employees and freelancers are paid nil and exploited
