      Poor pay, don't appreciate employees, long hours

      Pros

      They recognize talents. They listen when there are issues but they lack execution. Very quick on putting bandaids on everything.

      Cons

      There is always lack of communication and it seems like only higher management knows what's going on. We don't even know what's going on with other teams until we find out that the workflow changed and things don't work all of the sudden. They care so much about the clients and they forget about the employees who are actually doing the work and running the company. I mentioned to my supervisor that I needed support and I ended up getting laid off. It seemed like my cry for help translated to me not being good enough anymore. They act like they care but they really don't.

      We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that you are having a good experience working with Iyuno-SDI Group. One of the key factors for employee engagement that we are working on for Q1 2022 is the rollout of bonuses as well as promotions and compensation reviews. We hope that we can build on an already-strong compensation platform next year.
