      Creates an atmosphere that discourages good relations between drivers and management.......management centered on being snakes to get their job done, instead of requiring all employees to comply with set standards that make everyone's job easier and more efficient.

      good work life balance, engineers get to work on cool and interesting projects, good recognition for job well done, great people. It's a great place to start your career and get a lot of experience quickly.

      salary and benefits below market for the role, maybe not for the transportation industry. it's a bit good ole boy company and career progress can be slower than other places
