- JBPCO's revenue has more than doubled over the past 5 - 6 years, and continues to grow. - While other companies are shrinking, we are actually expanding both in terms of team members and office space.

Cons

JBPCO is a very performance driven company that expects and rewards strong performance. If you want an organization where you can "quiet quit", go somewhere else.

A good place to work. All the employees are very friendly. Compensation is good. A lot of good opportunities and good scope to learn new things. Medical insurance for the family is provided and is not part of CTC. Door to Door pickup and drop is provided by the company. 5 days working. Management is friendly and approachable. Friendly policies are in place and more are yet to come.
