Pros

Competitive pay, and that is it!

Cons

Incompetent leadership. Micromanaging constantly, no trust, belittle employees, and intimidate them to comply. Constant non-valued added busy work. In office hours mandated, no exceptions. Must post your hours and cell number on your office or cubicle to let management know your schedule every week. Very frustrating, demotivating place to work.

The Pros to working at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc are Management Focused Executives are awesome Work life balance Benefits Driven

Cons

There are a lot of cons but one of the biggest con is not everyone gets a bonus and management gets huge bonuses when in reality they can be spread out with all the team members.

Pros

I really enjoy working at JBPCO. I started two months ago and everyone has been very helpful in getting me up to speed. They've been very welcoming, and the whole company definitely has an open door policy. It's very corporate, so you can take that as a positive or negative, but I love the structure and the professionalism it brings.

Cons

Down side potentially could be commuting downtown every day, but especially as a new person it's been helpful to meet with people face-to-face.
