Your coworkers are great, Environment is super fun.

Cons

Your job requirements and how they measure you aren't clear and change quarterly. You are told one thing when you interview and the job is completely different. There is no calculation for your bonus.

You work for the best bank in the nation with leverage

Cons

pay is average, being promoted is hard, they hire people from outside the bank and pay them more and have lesser veteran people train them, and you cant believe what upper management says when it comes to moving around internally.
