Pros

Team is reasonable and understanding of personal boundaries. Great starter gig and even long term career. Work can be interesting if you like credit and reasonable hours given that you’re not in the banking group. Though u work with them often but u don’t get the stress. Overall solid gig. Id go back after my current sting in banking

Cons

Very slow progression upwards. Primarily because like I mentioned, very good long term career so people don’t leave often.
