Pros

Coming up on 4 years at the company I have a few floating thoughts on what I have observed. Culture - People love working here because there is ample room to build genuine connections with others and also move around the bank (double-edged sword)

Cons

Compensation - If you are not in a front office role, technical, or client-facing role, prepare to be really underpaid for the work product and responsibility. From my personal experience, most junior-level people leave sitting pay as a big factor.

Pros

Team is reasonable and understanding of personal boundaries. Great starter gig and even long term career. Work can be interesting if you like credit and reasonable hours given that you’re not in the banking group. Though u work with them often but u don’t get the stress. Overall solid gig. Id go back after my current sting in banking

Cons

Very slow progression upwards. Primarily because like I mentioned, very good long term career so people don’t leave often.
