Pros

Not much to think of. Gain the experience and apply that to another employer.

Cons

Incompetent Management who have no knowledge of how to do the job. Management always seem to be away and traveling while employees are asked to cover their work load. Employees are over worked, undervalued and underpaid. Job responsibilities include, completing the work load of 2 people, which requires many to work 11-12 hr days and weekends without overtime pay. The company justifies this by saying employees are paid salary, not hourly. Training is a joke. Employee turn over is high due to employees being asked to do WAY TOO MUCH without proper training. This leads to way too many mistakes being made, high stress passed down from the top and employees feeling like they’re walking on egg shells just to keep their jobs. Systems are always down and takes way too to long to gain access to systems needed to do the job but, still expected to get things done without being given the proper tools needed to do the job. Management does not value their employees and will throw employees under the bus for managements mistakes. Job expectancy: 1 year at most tops. Many post out, leave to other companies who pay more (and have their crap together) or are let go.

Pros

Besides the name recognition there are no positives to working here

Cons

Some of the nastiest personalities I have ever worked with. I would have to produce metrics dashboards and would get flack if the data showcases trends that did not make management look favorable - in other words, the data didn’t matter at all but people’s 30-year reputation at the firm was so easily threatened by an analyst just doing his job
