Pros

Great place to work with a lot of career variety Internal mobility is encouraged and it's easy to get internal jobs.

Cons

Management is always too busy to talk to their employees due to being in meetings all day or working on projects. Lack of employee investment from management Bad pay and no incentives for seniority New hires get paid more than senior employees for same experience level.
