Pros

More stability than typical tech jobs, not an overwhelming amount of work

Cons

Less pay and benefits than typical tech jobs, such a huge company that you don’t feel like you’re contributing anything meaningful. Upper management is terrible. Direct management is great though.

Pros

Work load is ok Colleagues are nice

Cons

Return to office changed from 3 days/weeks to 5 days/week, no compensation on commute cost after this change. Even working on no UK teammates project still need to return to office, wasting commute time and cost.
