Pros

There really are no pros. Literally. I can’t think of one.

Cons

Poor leadership (at the branch and district level), mixed messaging, processes place employees in harms way, inflexible scheduling, have to ask permission to use restroom, discrimination against women, favoritism and misleading job titles and descriptions, poor pay structure.

Pros

- Invest in training - Offers rotational program for new grads - Hours were okay

Cons

- Program is too new, upper levels of talent not there - Pay was way below average for the industry and role...seriously - Subject matter/work can get dull or repetitive - Technology was so slow, all legacy programs, makes things very slow - Kind of old-fashioned approach - Forget diversity - Only lip service

Pros

Pay Benefits Depending on leadership, opportunities within company.

Cons

Discrimination based on gender Blocked from opportunities offered to lower performing white male peer Given fake projects to complete only to present in front of stakeholders and look unfocused and rogue in my work (manager and another VP would make up things for me to present on to intentionally make it look like I don’t listen when it came time to present) Able to prove retaliation to HR through emails and witnesses, company said they were unwilling to address after validating issues Defamation from manager as a means of control and retaliation Consistent comments about women in the workplace Hired as a Senior VP, mostly given work of a junior associate Highest performer on team for 3 consecutive years, was slapped with a performance plan with no details and nothing actionable as an effort to build a completely made up case against my work
