Pros

The compensation is good. The people are great. People treat each other with respect and working between teams is usually a very good experience.

Cons

Promotions are very hard unless you are part of the Indian clique within upper management. Processes are heavy and improvements are often not made with statements that revolve around regulator concerns. Hybrid work is at least 3 days on sight. The pace is challenging with weekend after weekend of work. Office and equipment is outdated with monitors not being uniform.

Pros

Benefits is good in this company

Cons

1- you’re working with a Indian clique 2- very toxic work atmosphere 3- facility is just like a prison no cup no utensils no napkins nothing in break room you’re a number who even doesn’t have a constant desk 4- many H1 visa useless developers are working for company as a contractor from India because of networking where as we have many good developers who don’t have job in USA 5- the managers for tech is Indian and all the politics are around being as a part of the tribe or not. 6- all the projects are done by a bunch of Indian students offshore and there is no chance for job growth and learning 7- no appreciation for the people who are not Indian but a good contributor and it’s open with a high salary and wasting money for Indians 8- organization is suck's. There is no agile system. Everything is so messy 9- no respect 10- CIB is so horrible exactly like you are working in an Indian clique . So high salaries for doing nothing with a great presentation.
