- Huge emphasis on and provision for training and self-improvement - Genuine concern for staff well being - Plenty of room for growth

- Too many moving parts which lead to confusion for new joiners.

Great work life balance, good working culture.

Cons

Partiality from Management in terms of appraisal (Employees in good books are preferred). Values only people with backend Skillset, Less values for pure Front end guys. Prefer working here if you are a Fullstack developer.
