Pros

Professionalism, strong controls in all processes. Rich culture. Good, skilled, qualif, work force. Leader in market, strong Brand. Good pay and variable earnings to upper rank folks. Job security to Sincere employees.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Pay not competitive for grassroot and lower middle level ranks. Yearly bonus too for lower ranks not promising due to cost cutting management approach. In some processes in operations work load could be beyond imagination. You will see even Managers,AVPs going through tough time due to long hr work culture.
