Pros

Great pay thats it they trap you into a sign on bonus and pay you decent

Cons

horrible structure for the loan process from app to final approval. Loans take months when they should not just due to the process not the team mates. Other underwriters bounce hard loans back and forth without working them until someone is responsible and it all falls on the underwriter assigned at last.
