Pros

Great benefits. Will gain you great experience for Future advancement.

Cons

You are more of a number than anything else, if management doesn’t like you you’re screwed. If you show your skills and what you can do you get taken advantage of by being given a bigger work load and less pay. You will be overlooked, specially as a Hispanic female, no matter how good you are,... believe me they put your skills to work.

Pros

It’s a major corporation, with worldwide name recognition.

Cons

Racism and discrimination among the branch staff and management in suburbia runs amok. This includes but is not limited to racist jokes made by staff about clients. If you are seen as being isolated you are at the mercy of branch partners that may openly express their desire to not with you, and then not credit you appropriately with sales simply because you are seen by them as being “different”. If, by chance you are unlucky enough to hear coworkers using actual racial slurs and dare report it to management and HR you will face severe retaliation.
