Pros

JP Morgan is a good company to work for. Project are really good and challenging. I'm lucky in that case that I have been assigned to a new development project which would be one of the best in world.

Cons

Work life balance is little less as schedule can be really tight at times. Due to multinational nature interaction with Chinese and others clients is more.

Pros

Big name company once employed there can be employed at just about any other bank.

Cons

Managers are not accommodating. Make you feel guilty if you become ill. Raises are very minimum. Big name no bang or áppreciation.

Pros

- Major name in i-banking - Bank is one of the few that's doing well - Excellent industry presence and deal flow - Compensation is good - Depending on the team, it's very diverse. Most are from top universities but very grounded and friendly - Plenty of perks

Cons

- Offices are pretty poor for such a large bank - Does have a reputation for punishing hours even by IB standards
