Pros

They pay well and they do have good benefits. Personally, that did not make up for the emotional maelstrom that job put me through. Not worth it.

Cons

Terrible management. Promotions based on "friendship". Don't dare to get on management's bad side or you will cease to exist. Literally. After 3 years, my manager introduced the group to a new employee and suddenly couldn't remember my name. He never seemed to have an issue when it wasn't public. This happened more than once.

Pros

Vacation and sick days were above average.

Cons

Horrible senior management. No consistency. Highly stressful work environment with no appreciation from management. Untrained and inexperienced leadership. No career path available for Compliance Department. Unprofessional behavior exhibited by most team leads, managers, and senior managers.
