Highly Political with low morale

Pros

* Campus is beautiful and the people at work seemed nice

Cons

* Forced rto with not enough space and constant fighting over desks plus the opinion of the JD didn't help * Extremely low pay * Getting ahead requires political games * Between no to little bonus and tiny raises, the atmosphere was stifling. Didn't survive to see rto in march so I can only imagine it is worse now.
