      Good company with bad management.

      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits are pretty good, pretty flexible WFH policy

      Cons

      Too much pressure on low level people to bring in work and hit target metrics. Management not training lower level people and developing staff. Then staff are blamed when management is essentially nonexistent

      Pros

      Great pay and benefit package. Warm, welcoming work environment. Plenty of support for peers.

      Cons

      The corporate structure is kind of tight and without someone in your corner there no chance for promotion or self improvement. In our office there is a leadership void and little access to management. I feel like there is little room for older employees.

      Wanting to do the best for the business, sometimes affects the work life balance, but self inflicted usually.
