Very few pros. Management seems clueless. Acquisition happy as they let people go.

Cons

Systems are a joke. Management has provided no culture and is only worried about profit margins.

Lack of clear goals, management is all over the place, repeated acquisitions but no clear regulations in place to make sure existing employees benefit from the changes.
