I love my career here. I love what I do and the people I work with. I enjoy being able to express my concerns and recommendations and being heard. Jon is a great leader. You'll work hard, learn, and become a valued part of the team here. A+.

Cons

The previous comments about the investment firm is true. It's the only thing I wish I could change about the company.

J.S.Held provides me and my family real work life balance. I appreciate that the Executive Leaders are open and willing to talk and listen. They are true team players and active members of the day to day business.

Cons

If you don't like change this isn't the place for you.

Cons

Out of touch leadership. Built on the backs of people who do useful work. Most of what leadership sees is just numbers.
