Pros

The people are interesting, lots of different educational backgrounds.

Cons

PE managed, sacrifices culture and employee satisfaction to reach exit targets. Administrative functions are disorganized and makes revenue generating groups' jobs harder. Claims to care about diversity and makes grand gestures outwardly but 0 follow up and actual practice.

The company is really strict about cyber security, and it made me anxious to think I am going to make a mistake regarding that area because they are always remembering us all the consequences and testing us. I understand is important but is something i do not like. The company is huge, and you sometimes feel you do not know what we do despite the efforts of the company to share everything.
