Thank you for your review! Our leadership roles are ever-expanding and developing. We not only strive for diversity in the traditional sense, but in other aspects such as diversity of thought, experience, and much more. It’s vital that we continue to make space for our developing leaders like we’ve done through our LEDR program, or some may consider our employee resource groups where they can find communities and leadership opportunities as well.

I love working at this company. Everyone is supportive and collaborative. The company allows employees to be creative and encourages new ideas. They invest in the different departments. Even the CEO and the COO communicate with staff and listen. It’s refreshing!

Cons

You are pulled in a lot of different directions all of the time. That mostly means the company is successful and busy though.
