Pros

Great salaries, flexible schedules, very independent

Cons

Very independent, so there aren't many redeeming qualities about the work. Work is very repetitive and at times redundant. Also a very very corporate company.

Pros

They will come across as a prosperous and growing company, offering you endless opportunities to grow your career (but won't mention the countless layoffs they have had in the past year+). The benefits are average- Health insurance is overpriced and the plans are subpar, but there are other benefits such as tuition assistance/reimbursement which are nice additions. The company culture was nice during the time there, but once you leave you realize its just for show. At least the days were enjoyable.

Cons

Many layoffs, the priority comes with acquisitions. The company is growing, but they have no loyalty to their employees. They will acquire 10+ companies in a year, but fire dedicated workers due to budgeting issues and then call it company growth when they net 10 employees.
