Great pay and benefits along with flexible work schedules.

Cons

Training is a week long technology set up with your supervisor with a general run down of expectations. At that point you’re getting assignments and expected to hit your billing.

Great benefits. My direct managers are wonderful.

Cons

Security concerns seem a little exaggerated at times. Not a fan of the 401k Fidelity fees.
