JS Held is a company that puts its people first. They understand work life balance and are very willing to help people grow their careers. They give their employees the tools they need to succeed! Our company was acquired by JS Held in 2021. The on boarding process can get overwhelming, but JS Held leadership helped with the transition and continuously checked in to make sure we were getting everything we needed. JS Held offers great benefits for working families: options to telework when children are ill, paid maternity leave, mentorship programs, and opportunities to learn something new!

Cons

Training can be a bit overwhelming when trying to keep up with a case load at the same time.

I loved working at J.S. Held. Everyone was super nice and truly cared about my success. It was a really collaborative environment with many opportunities to grow and learn about the industry.
