The organization is growing quickly and has moved from a regional firm to a global consulting operation. Work hard, play hard environment. Management values hard work and push for excellence.

Cons

Don't get too comfortable - things are constantly changing and you need to have an appetite for change. Agility should be a core value.

The people at J.S. Held truly listen to their employees and make them feel valued. There is room to grow, both vertically and horizontally by learning new service lines.

Cons

Billing is important! A lot of stress is put on billing hours. We work hard and we play hard.
