- There is a sense of respect and positivity around colleagues, people is great and kind - Interesting projects - They recognize and celebrate your wins

Cons

- Non-existent communication about career development or leveling - Working around the clock - Low salary - Lack of planning in almost everything - Everyone does what they want in process and those who don't do that, have no clue of what to do - Poor communication with uper leaders - Fast faced environment, due this you might feel working like a blind racing horse
