Pros

salary and benefits are ok

Cons

Poor management skills, need to work much harder than should. They seem to forget their employees have families and they are #1 priority. It used to be a good company that appreciated their employees but since an investment company came in all they see you as are dollar bills

Do Not Work Here

Pros

Hybrid work, decent benefits, and a steady supply of ultra-processed office snacks.

Cons

The company has done nothing but buy businesses that make no sense to their core business model, and then 15 months later, conduct a huge round of layoffs. No clear goals, no support, and zero accountability from leadership. Morale is low, communication is poor, and employees are left in the dark about strategy or direction.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that periods of change, especially those involving acquisitions or organizational shifts, can be challenging and may lead to uncertainty. While we recognize that not every decision will resonate with everyone, our goal has always been to grow thoughtfully and position the company for long-term success. We appreciate your perspective and are taking it seriously as we continue to evolve and improve.

As best practice, team members are encouraged to keep lines of communication open both with managers and their human resources representative to share concerns and ask for assistance. In addition, team members have access to support: Our intranet features comprehensive company policies and key contacts for human services experts to assist with difficult conversations. We strive to provide a positive culture and work environment for all of team members where communication is key, and so thank you for your feedback.
