      Pros

      The people at J.S. Held truly make it a remarkable place to work. There is a pervasive culture of gratitude and appreciation from the top all the way down. I've never worked in such a supportive environment before.

      Cons

      There are high expectations for excellence, but I don't really think that's a bad thing.
