Work load, like all, peaks during CAT events but JSH more than compensates for putting in the time.

Pros

The most employee-centric company i have ever worked for, they truly believe in doing the right thing for their employees, and their actions show it. They are one of the few company's that are growing at a rapid pace, which is very exciting, while so many other companies are going out of business.

Cons

Self inflicted, but because the company is growing so quickly, it's hard to shut down.
