      Pros

      The company serves a niche market that could be "recession-proof" so you have a high sense of stability. The company is continously expanding new lines of work, so you see they focus on growth and diversification of revenue. Very good work team, very warm and supportive. Very generous with the assigned hardware setup.

      Cons

      In general, I had a great experience... just found more growing opportunities at a different company.
