Pros
Frequent opportunities to work on a wide range of interesting projects. Hires great young staff and encourages substantial field experience. Reasonable attempt at fostering a "team" culture by hosting various events and by encouraging community involvement.
Cons
Very top heavy corporate culture with very little room for upward mobility. Annual pay rather than hourly wages where significant overtime is expected. Reluctance to get rid of unproductive employees. Lack of future planning from senior management and corporate leadership resulting in significant employee turnover. Way behind the technology curve.
