      Pros

      Seeing different parts of the state and being part of a growing company.

      Cons

      Management is young and lack leadership experience. Lots of favoritism is shown to certain drivers/helpers. Stop trying to make friends and concentrate on making the station successful. There is also lack of communication between management and team members.

      Benefits are great. Managers very nice.

      Cons

      Difficulty navigating cargo van in many areas. At times you must walk package up driveway. You might walk 7 to 10 miles per day. This makes it difficult to get back at reasonable hour.
