There is definitely no shortage of work. This is not an organization for someone who wants to "coast" at any level. There is no doubt an emphasis on getting results which creates stress but never at the expense of safety or quality.

Absentee Supervisor. Takes no interest in seeing that justice is dispensed fairly. He predetermines outcome before interviewing the employees individually.
