-get to rotate around the business and try different jobs -a lot of younger staff to relate to

-no flexibility -very strict -low apprentice pay compared to competitors

Holidays are pre set with limited opportunity to float holidays.

Depending on the site colleagues can be friendly.

Cons

The pay on the apprenticeship scheme leaves you on minimum wage for 3 years. Payroll forgets to alter your salary when minimum wage/ your age bracket changes unless you go out of your way to tell them. Management are not supportive and do not want feedback or advice. The apprentices salary would leave you relying on food banks if you moved to work here and no one cares to do anything about it. No care for welfare or mental health in the job, always doing the bare minimum whilst expecting apprentices to perform as full time engineers. AVOID JCB. There a hundreds of companies that can offer equally/ better working opportunities with better pay and support.
