Willing to hire anyone. Turn over is horrible

Cons

Registered sex offender working in HR Was harassed by said offender, when brought up to management no actions were taken Bait and switched with an offer for salary position, once hired was told its an hourly role with required month overtime Outdated technology with overseas control limiting softwear that would benefit work proformance Management is gossipy Dresscode for office is EXTREME, never worked for a company with such a bad policy No flexibility for remote work

Insurance, 401k match, and paid holidays

Cons

Gender & age discrimination. Young college grads without experience get paid more to start than seasoned skilled employees. Favoritism runs rampant and some managers actually try to get their own employees fired. Lots of revolving chairs there. Little to no opportunities for internal growth in certain departments.

Doesn’t scale their operations to support the growth. Everyone is drowning and they want people to work longer hours.
