Pros

Competitive compensation, supportive management team, and thrive for customer satisfaction. Very innovative company that has a constant process to evaluate customer concerns to make improvements as quickly as possible to ensure that the customer always has the best product available.

Cons

I do not really experience any downsides while working for JC Bamford. The only con I could see would be better human resources management.

Pros

Salary, autonomy to make decisions, and work schedule.

Cons

No standard operating procedures so things change often and most times not for the betterment of the company. Horrible follow-up. No formal training in any roles; you are expected to learn as you go or figure it out.
