No senior manager has any backbone or integrity to challenge ludicrous decisions. All senior leadership is JCB born and bread who has an awful track record of late delivery but expect even tighter deadlines form Engineering who face ever increasing complexity. Completely delusional project management adding task on top of task whilst been woefully under resourced. Poor business decisions to satisfy whims of the directors. Start projects, cancel projects, expect employees to make up for poor planning. Used to be interesting place to work but inflexible company, now going from bad to worse and going on a downward spiral with staff motivation at rock bottom.
