Good inclusive leadership, promote from within and coach mentor and develop there people to be the best they can be. A lot of focus on people and how to make the work place a good place to be, lots of shop-floor interaction and feedback to ensure the teams are being listened to. over £18million pounds of investment of the last 12 month with a 5year growth plan plan of 40% and £42million of investment

Pros

Amazing projects, great opportunities to work on new tech, but also own an entire product, not just be pigeon holed. Great opportunities to get exposure to multiple areas of the business. Comradery is great, and the team really pulls together to get amazing things done in short timescales.

Cons

Budgets and timescales are tight and volatile. Lots of middle-management all with different goals and areas, but managing the same teams, so the goalposts are always moving. Difficult to get decisions out of any of them too.
