      Some good perks. Overall culture poor.

      Pros

      OK training. Much less so since 2020. Good pension. Private medical insurance Dental scheme Onsite Gym

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility. Fixed holidays for most people. Slow to react, slow to replace those that leave pushing the workload onto already stretched teams. Too few people, too many projects.

      On time salary, Gifts to employee, Leave facility, learnings and interplant transfer facility overall it is a very good company to work for fresher and AGM and above .

      Long working hour, No felxibility of time-It is fixed ,Corporate office and plant office in same premises so 100% uniform atire is mandatory ,outer location from Delhi
