      Old Fashioned and Narrow Minded.

      Pros

      Salary was good at just over £50k. The work is mostly interesting. Most of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Fixed Hours, fixed holidays, rigid clocking in / out times. Some managers / executives are meglomaniac psychopaths.
