Pros
Pays well to Managers, sometimes way more than what they deserve. Big brand , looks good on resume. Good infrastructure and great resources.
Cons
Long working hours Freshers horribly underpaid, they start at a low salary due to which their market value goes down and they find it hard to match their pay scale with company standards. (still facing it) No development opportunities for new comers Male and female employees treated differently, managers made sure females weren't given big challenges because according to them we are 'sensible and fragile'. Extremely far from the main city so travel takes hours. (on top of over 10 hours of work) School like environment, people can't talk freely because managers are always observing them. Not a good place for people just out of college. I worked there for almost 3.5 years and during my exit interview, one guy from HR yelled at me telling me 'We trained you, spent a lot on you and now you are leaving JCB'. LOL Never received any training and was horribly underpaid so wonder what made him say that.
