      The ambience of working is great.

      Pros

      The methodical working environment is awesome, Growth opportunities are great, And the machinery is great there are 4 Plants so you have a great exposure.

      Cons

      The Plant is yet to expand, the appropriate new technologies aren't there, the working hours are a lot and you may need to work overtime.
