Cons
WORK CULTURE is the main reason that has bad mouth the whole JCB India, they have poorest of the poor people handling system, they treat people very rudely, on the name of sense of urgency give lots of tough targets and ask for Staying late, no compensation for overtime. Most of the SR Manager and above are the one who have worked for more than 8+ in JCb, have False arrogance of being in JCb, very reluctant to New system, still using Technologies 50 years back and still call themselves MNC, Worst IT set up
