Pros

It comes across as a very formal environment, but actually it's a very relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

There's no clear vision, ambition or drive from senior management, no company objectives and targets, no drive, ambition or communication from group operations. The business just seems to bumble along in the wind and hope for the best.
